FunctieomschrijvingJe taken bestaan onder andere uit:
Het opbouwen vanlangdurige relaties met (potentiële)klanten;
- Het genereren van salesleads en het verkrijgen van orders;
- Decontactpersoon zijn van sales lead tot bestelling, terwijl jeactief communiceert met (potentiële) klanten en hetteam;
- Het registreren van klant-, technische-,markt- en commerciële gegevens als input voor effectieve marketingen de algehele bedrijfsstrategie;
- Onderhandelenover contracten met klanten, binnen de kaders die door het bedrijfzijn vastgesteld;
- De organisatie positionerenals voorkeursleverancier van kranen binnen de wind en offshoreindustrie;
- Het identificeren, beheersen enmitigeren van risico’s tijdens het verkoopproces. Onder andere doorop de hoogte te blijven van technische, operationele en supplychain ontwikkelingen.
- Na het binnenhalen van deopdracht ben jij ten slotte ook verantwoordelijk voor hetvoorbereiden en coördineren van de overdracht vanuit sales naaroperations.
Omvoor de vacature van sales manager in aanmerking tekomen:
- HBO / Bachelor diploma intechniek, bedrijfskunde, economie ofvergelijkbaar;
- Ervaring in de verkoop of hetcoördineren van projecten en klant accounts binnen eenvergelijkbare markt;
- Goede kennis en ervaringmet contractmanagement;
- Aantoonbare kennis vande wind industrie of ervaring in de kranen (werktuigbouwkunde) ofsoortgelijke bedrijfssectoren;
- Technischeaffiniteit en inzicht;
- Vaardig in Excel, Word,Outlook en PowerPoint;
- Uitstekende communicatievaardigheden in het Engels, idealiter ook in hetNederlands.
- Goed salaris en uitstekende secundairearbeidsvoorwaarden (27 vakantiedagen en 13 ADV dagen bij eenfulltime dienstverband).

- Genoeg ruimtevoor jouw persoonlijke ontwikkeling enambities.
- Een flexibel werkrooster waarbij jeelke dag tussen 7:00 en 9:00 uur magbeginnen.
