Functieomschrijving
Je taken bestaan onder andere uit:
Het opbouwen van langdurige relaties met (potentiële) klanten;
- Het genereren van sales leads en het verkrijgen van orders;
- De contactpersoon zijn van sales lead tot bestelling, terwijl je actief communiceert met (potentiële) klanten en het team;
- Het registreren van klant-, technische-, markt- en commerciële gegevens als input voor effectieve marketing en de algehele bedrijfsstrategie;
- Onderhandelen over contracten met klanten, binnen de kaders die door het bedrijf zijn vastgesteld;
- De organisatie positioneren als voorkeursleverancier van kranen binnen de wind en offshore industrie;
- Het identificeren, beheersen en mitigeren van risico’s tijdens het verkoopproces. Onder andere door op de hoogte te blijven van technische, operationele en supply chain ontwikkelingen.
- Na het binnenhalen van de opdracht ben jij ten slotte ook verantwoordelijk voor het voorbereiden en coördineren van de overdracht vanuit sales naar operations.
Functie-eisen
Om voor de vacature van sales manager in aanmerking te komen:
- HBO / Bachelor diploma in techniek, bedrijfskunde, economie of vergelijkbaar;
- Ervaring in de verkoop of het coördineren van projecten en klant accounts binnen een vergelijkbare markt;
- Goede kennis en ervaring met contractmanagement;
- Aantoonbare kennis van de wind industrie of ervaring in de kranen (werktuigbouwkunde) of soortgelijke bedrijfssectoren;
- Technische affiniteit en inzicht;
- Vaardig in Excel, Word, Outlook en PowerPoint;
- Uitstekende communicatie vaardigheden in het Engels, idealiter ook in het Nederlands.

- Goed salaris en uitstekende secundaire arbeidsvoorwaarden (27 vakantiedagen en 13 ADV dagen bij een fulltime dienstverband).
