De Finance-applicaties binnen Coolblue goed laten werken en ervoor zorgen dat deze zo optimaal mogelijk worden gebruikt.

 
Wat doe je als Owner Applications Finance bij Coolblue?

Als Applicatiebeheerder Finance ondersteun je de gebruikers van de Finance-applicaties waarvoor jij verantwoordelijk bent. Je zorgt voor het functionele beheer én je hebt een adviserende rol naar management over het toekomstig gebruik van applicaties binnen Finance. Daarnaast implementeer je nieuwe software, koppelingen en functionaliteiten. Zo help je de Finance-processen te automatiseren en optimaliseren.

Dit vind je leuk om te doen
  • Fungeren als aanspreekpunt bij vragen over of problemen met de applicaties
  • Het analyseren van bugs en deze oplossen
  • Procesverbeteringen aandragen binnen de systemen en deze zelfstandig doorvoeren
  • Je kennis van de systemen overdragen aan de Finance-gebruikers die er dagelijks gebruik van maken
  • Adviseren van het management en de gebruikers over Finance-applicaties en hoe we deze optimaal kunnen gebruiken
  • Het maximale uit bestaande applicaties halen en meedenken over het software-landschap van de toekomst en hier naartoe werken

  • Je hebt een achtergrond binnen ICT en/of Finance-processen
  • Je houdt er van om zelfstandig zaken met betrekking tot je functie uit te pluizen en de diepte in te duiken
  • Je hebt een pro-actieve instelling en draagt zelf verbeteringen aan binnen de systemen
  • Een helicopterview is voor jou niets nieuws, je snapt waar jouw werk de business raakt en kan de invloed van aanpassingen inschatten
  • Stakeholdermanangent. Je zorgt dat iedereen tijdig op de hoogte is van veranderingen
  • Het technische aspect van de systemen is niet nieuw voor jou
  • Met jouw hands-on mentaliteit zorg je er voor dat problemen snel worden opgelost
