Your role
We are currently looking for a team player with hands-on mentality and eye for detail. In this position as Static Data Administrator you will use your analytical skills, common sense thinking and excellent communications skills.
Administering various static data from international clients and investments into our systems Closely cooperating with front office in a pro-active and constructive manner. Directly dealing with our clients and investments in emerging markets. Proactively stimulating and promoting a service and customer-oriented approach; cooperation within the department and in the broader organization Contribute to improvement projects in FMO.
Our offer

Your team
The Operations department is an internationally oriented team of 55 colleagues. It consists of sub-teams responsible for Debt, Equity, Treasury Operations, Static Data, Quality & Improvements, and a centralized Procurement function (including Accounts Payable and receivable). Operations is functional owner of the core product administration systems for Debt (ACBS), Equity (FIA) and Treasury (Wallstreet Suite and SWIFT). Operations is the linking pin between Investments departments and Risk & Finance departments, ensuring a reliable administration throughout the product lifecycle.
The Static Data team is responsible for accurate party data administration and has the ambition to take on and centralize administrative responsibilities that are scattered throughout the organization.
Your background
MBO or bachelor’s degree in finance or administration Experience with administration Fluent in English, spoken and written.
