Als coach Software Development kun jij je helemaal vinden in onderstaande punten:

  • Hbo werk- en denkniveau

Als coach/ docent Software Development stoom je de aankomende generatie klaar voor de toekomst. Met een houding van "het kan wel", van uitproberen en doen, inspireer je studenten dezelfde mindset aan te nemen. Je bent niet alleen binnen de school energiek , maar je bent betrokken bij het bedrijfsleven. Je volgt de laatste ontwikkelingen in het vakgebied en vertaalt deze naar het onderwijs. Daarnaast werk je samen met collega's. Je motiveert studenten en zet ze in hun eigen kracht.

Je gaat werken op een school in Hilversum. Op de school wordt veel aandacht besteed aan begeleiding en het vinden van de beste leerroute voor een student. Het is een gezellige en sfeervolle school, waar veel aan onderwijsvernieuwing wordt gedaan.

Daarnaast biedt het werken via Randstad, werken aan jouw ontwikkeling. Wij bieden zo’n 15.000 trainingen en cursussen aan tot een hoogte van 3.000 euro. We hebben daarnaast een ruim netwerk aan scholen. Wij helpen je graag met deze baan, maar ook in de toekomst. Natuurlijk heb je als coach Software Development recht op:
