Wat ga je doen?

Als holiday student binnen het Transplantatie Centrum maak je deel uit van de zorg rondom de screening, de orgaantransplantatie en de bijbehorende nazorg van een patiënt. Binnen ons centrum faciliteren wij transplantaties van de volgende organen: lever, nier & alvleesklier. Naast deze orgaantransplantaties faciliteren we als enige centrum in Nederland de transplantatie van de eilandjes van Langerhans. Jouw aandeel zal bestaan uit ondersteunende taken, zoals het helpen bij de dagelijkse verzorging, het mobiliseren van patiënten, het opmaken van bedden en eventueel ondersteunen bij verpleegkundige handelingen. Je hebt de gelegenheid om werkervaring op te doen in een prettige werkomgeving, en deze ervaring vormt een mooie aanvulling op jouw CV.

Wat neem je mee?

Je bent een BOL student MBO Verpleegkunde of een voltijd student HBO Verpleegkunde. Enthousiasme en motivatie om tijdens je bijbaan ervaring op te doen in de zorg op een complexe verpleegafdeling in een academisch ziekenhuis met unieke zorg. Op onze afdeling ben je echt een onderdeel van het team, daarom is het belangrijk dat je een teamspeler bent. Je begrijpt dat het geven en ontvangen van feedback noodzakelijk is om goed te kunnen functioneren als verpleegkundige en als team. Een servicegerichte houding naar zowel patiënten als de familie en je beschikt over goede communicatieve vaardigheden.

Wat bieden we jou?

Om te kunnen blijven leren en ontwikkelen bieden wij interne opleidingen en bijscholing aan. Daarnaast heb je recht op een eindejaarsuitkering (8,3%), vakantiegeld, fietsregeling en sportbudget. Ook ben je als medewerker van het LUMC aangesloten bij het ABP pensioenfonds. Dit betekent dat maar liefst 70% van je pensioenpremie betaald wordt door het LUMC en je daardoor netto meer salaris over houdt. Wel zo fijn

Waar ga je werken?

Het Transplantatie Centrum is een verpleegafdeling met 24 tot 28 bedden en een team van zo’n 40 verpleegkundigen. Binnen onze verpleegafdeling worden patiënten opgenomen voor de zorg rond orgaantransplantaties. Wat betreft de transplantatie van de Eilandjes van Langerhans zijn wij uniek in Nederland, het enige academische centrum dat deze transplantatie uitvoert. Daarnaast zien wij ook patiënten die in het verleden een orgaantransplantatie hebben ondergaan en nu een andere zorgvraag hebben. Je verleent zodoende zowel chirurgische als interne zorg.

Meer informatie

Als holiday student bedraagt je salaris minimaal € ,- en maximaal € ,- bruto per maand (schaal 4, CAO UMC). Deze bedragen zijn op basis van een fulltime dienstverband. Dit betreft een tijdelijke aanstelling voor de duur van maximaal één jaar. Als holiday student krijg je een oproepcontract voor diensten in de weekenden en tijdens vakanties. Het betreft dag- en avonddiensten van elk zes uur, waarbinnen je een duidelijk takenpakket krijgt. De dagdienst loopt van tot uur, en de avonddienst van tot uur Solliciteren gaat via een motivatiebrief, gevolgd door één gesprek en één meeloopochtend. Acquisitie naar aanleiding van deze vacature wordt niet op prijs gesteld.
