TELL ME MORE
As our Strategy & Growth Analyst, you are first point of contact for any potential projects and external real estate partners. Our current expansion focus is on the creative capitals of Europe, and London/Paris in particular. You will conduct location, financial and economic analyses of real estate projects and business models to expand Zoku’s current portfolio; you run initial assessments and work closely with the Design & Construction team to create feasibility studies and translate them into business plans. Led by your entrepreneurial spirit and strategic mindset, you provide recommendations based on your findings to the Growth & Innovation team and Co-Founders.


As part of our Growth and Innovation team, you’ll help boost our growth trajectory and, together with our London-based sourcing lead, confidently build our pipeline. Just like the visionaries in our team, you’re able to see the transformative potential of existing office spaces and hotels to become hybrid spaces of the future. You’re up to date on market trends and competitor developments.


You will work from our Support Office in Amsterdam but frequently travel, with focus on London and Paris, and will report to our co-founder.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?
No day looks the same as a Strategy & Growth Analyst… but here’s a glimpse of what you can expect:


Build the Case: Based on your market research and understanding of key financial drivers behind the operating model, you’re creating the business plan that drive feasibility and negotiations, working closely with the commercial and operational leadership team.

Don't Lose Sight of the Details: You’ll carefully assess all aspects of the deal, and consolidate all relevant information from internal and external stakeholders.


Be an Ambassador: In cooperation with our Design & Construction team, ensure that the deal complies with Zoku’s core values, brand standards and development process.


Close the Deal: Together with one of our co-founders, negotiate the commercial terms of the deal and secure the contract.

WE LOVE PEOPLE WHO

  • Have a good understanding of real estate market dynamics, hotel operating models, performance KPI's and key financial statements.
  • Are a self-starter, have an entrepreneurial attitude, and go above and beyond.
  • Have strong communication skills and can pitch Zoku’s model to potential investors confidently.
  • Are target-driven and motivated to achieve their goals.
  • Have an ambitious commercial drive, positive mindset, and hospitable character.
  • Have the ability to observe, analyze and feedback market dynamics and convert them to bespoke solutions.

A FEW MUST HAVES

  • You have a minimum of 2-3 years' experience in a similar position.
  • You are an EU resident or have a valid working and residence permit for The Netherlands.
  • You have a Bachelor degree (or more) in Real Estate, Finance or Hospitality Management.
  • You love to work, because we’ll need you full-time (40 hours).
  • You have the relevant analytical and financial skills.
  • You are fluent in English, other languages are a plus.
