For our client, we are looking for a Customer Service Representative that will be the first point of contact together with the Customer Service team doing the following tasks:
  • Answering any For our client, we are looking for a Customer Service Representative that will be the first point of contact together with the Customer Service team doing the following tasks:
    • Answering any queries from customers via phone calls and or emails regarding product information, stock availability, order status, order modification issues with order.
    • You'll make sure that the aftercare is handled.
    • You will be responsible for the transport planning, making sure that the product is delivered as per order and replacing damaged orders when required
    • Record the orders in our ERP system, generating invoices and archiving
    • Ability to recognize points to improve in our operational process to make sure things run efficiently and effectively
    • Provide reports to management
    You'll be handling different markets, all the way from Europe to the Middle East, and the Asia-Pacific region.
    • Full-time availability
    • Business level of Dutch and English. Candidates that speak Dutch on a B2 level are also welcome to apply.
      • Dutch is required for one client and internal communication. English is mainly used for this role.
    • Preferably 3-5 years of experience in Customer Service but do not hesitate to apply even if you have less experience, we will definitely look into your application
    • Full time availability, part-time is not possible
    • Experience in Microsoft Office and ERP Systems is a plus
    • You live in the Roosendaal-Breda area
    • You have international work experience
    • We would like to have someone that is open for challenges, knows how to work hard and play hard
