Strategize and execute on the global Rituals assortment portfolio.

YOU ARE ALL ABOUT PRODUCTS
As Assortment Specialist, you are part of our Innovations Team and you are the liasion between the New Product Development, Commcercial Teams and other internal stakeholders regarding the assortment distribution for Rituals globally. In your role you act as a brand guardian to support the Innovation strategy, the brand’s ambition and to build brand equity and drive growth in all channels and regions.

SHARE YOUR TALENTS
As Assortment Specialist, your main tasks and responsibilities are:

Manage the Global Assortment Distribution to build an effective, low complexity and strong brand equity global assortment portfolio. Perform global assortment analyses across regions & commercial teams and take actions on improvements in the distribution. Acts as a brand guardian for global assortment choices and commercial needs. Manage all New Product Development requests of the regions and commercial teams; set framework for an efficient way of working towards the Innovation Category team. Connect the commercial business and innovation team by sharing insights, set up brainstorms and give the commercial and regional teams strategic updates. Manage the commercial feedback and share in the New Product Development process and Distribution Matrix together with the Innovation Data team. Optimize process and tooling needed for a low risk, correct and efficient data management and data flow.

We are looking for an Assortment Specialist who has the enthusiasm and creativity to strategize and execute on the Rituals assortment portfolio. Do you recognize your profile in the following?:

You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics or related field of study. You have around 5 or more years of experience within assortment/category management. You have experience working with an FMCG organization with an international (or European) scope. You have great project and stakeholder management skills. You are fluent in English, both written and verbal.
