On behalf of our client, a Portuguese concept restaurant in Amsterdam, we're seeking a highly motivated Restaurant & Bar Manager to join their dynamic team. This is your chance to lead a team in a fast-paced, high-end environment, ensuring an unforgettable experience for every guest.
About the Opportunity:
- Oversee both the bustling bar scene and the refined restaurant, guaranteeing smooth operations and exceptional service.
- Develop and implement operational procedures that elevate the guest experience for both dining and cocktails.
- Leverage your mixology expertise to curate a unique and profitable beverage program, showcasing your creativity.
- Lead a team of restaurant and bar staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment where everyone thrives.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to cultivate a cohesive dining experience that reflects Portuguese culinary traditions.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Proven track record as a Restaurant or Bar Manager in a high-end establishment.
- Extensive knowledge of mixology and a passion for crafting innovative cocktails.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fluency in English and Dutch being a plus.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service is paramount.
- Familiarity with Portuguese cuisine is a valuable asset.
