About IFF
You will join International Flavors and Fragrances (IFF), one of the largest producers of flavors and fragrances worldwide. Our flavors are used in various consumer products, for example in drinks, candy, dairy, baby food, savoury products, and medicines. The fragrances are used in products that vary from soaps, and toiletries to cosmetic products and perfumes. People worldwide enjoy our products in many ways.
About the role
This allround role has a wide range of planning and logistics tasks and is responsible for production planning & shop floor and delivery controls of both internally and externally produced products.
To succeed in this role you ensure a smooth running of the daily operational activities related to the supply chain in the department. The ultimate goal is to supply our customer both internally and externally in accordance with the agreed agreements.
Production planning
Timely conversion of planned orders to production orders and linking these to sales orders; Create purchase orders for affiliates based on their requirements for materials in planner’s scope; Incorporate all possible blending opportunities for both raw materials and finished goods per production order; Combine production orders within agreed plan parameters; Communicate and (pro-actively) act upon any material shortages or production delays in cooperation with Customer Service, Production, Quality Control and raw material planning departments; Controls production capacity and determines when to outsource; Daily follow up of New Product Introduction tool (NPI).
Shop floor control
Manage planning parameters and material master data
Collaborate with Master Planner EAME to continuously revise and optimize master data and planning settings / processes.
Job Requirements
What do you bring:
• Bachelor degree in Business Economics, (Technical) Business Administration / Supply Chain management / Logistics;
• 1-2 years appropriate experience;
• Excellent written and oral communication skills;
• Fluent in Dutch and English language.
Preferred :
• Experience in the flavor, fragrance, food, consumer products industry.

Annual contract with the possibility of a permanent position. Full-time job with growth opportunities. Competitive salary: ranging from €3200 to €3900 gross per month excluding vacation allowance. 13th-month bonus. 8% vacation allowance. 25 vacation days. 13 roster-free days.
