We are looking for an HR Business Partner who supports and coaches team leads. This to continuously develop the employees in an inspiring environment and to create an effective and sustainable cooperation. In this way you will contribute to the realization of the team objectives.

You are part of the HRBP team (5 colleagues) and work closely together with the other HR colleagues on projects in the field of recruitment, training, remuneration, data and innovation.

As an HR Business Partner, you create impact by:

being an inspiring sparring partner for team leaders so they can further develop an engaged, vital and successful team. being a trusted advisor for team leaders/managers and knowing the business well. to be the linking pin between the business and the HR areas of expertise so that, together with other HR colleagues, the needs of the business and trends are translated into HR solutions. initiate and guide the HR change agenda in the business. challenge team leaders/managers in their thinking and guide them through challenging personnel cases.

Your talents

Furthermore, as an HR Business Partner you bring along:

a Bachelor or Master degree and have at least 3-5 years work experience as an HR Generalist or HR Manager in a dynamic customer-oriented organization. you are customer oriented, you always keep the employees and the business in mind when providing solutions. You work together in a close team in order to achieve the best result. you keep a close eye on the HR market developments and you know how to translate these outside-in views in the company. You also know how to form a vision with regards to solutions and implementation. you are pragmatic and enjoy making (process) improvements and taking on projects independently. you are well versed in Dutch employment law and know how to get answers to the things you do not know. you communicate with influence, in professional business Dutch and English. finally, you have excellent communication skills, you are flexible, persuasive, thorough and (not unimportantly) tenacious.
