Primary Purpose & Scope:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join our dynamic team in Amsterdam. In this role, you'll manage our operations and build strategic relationships with business leaders across the organisation. This position requires extensive experience in direct global sourcing, a passion for employer branding, and a proven ability to execute effective global talent acquisition strategies, including managing Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO).


This position offers a unique opportunity to shape and lead global talent acquisition strategies while working closely with senior leaders to align recruitment efforts with business objectives. You’ll manage international talent initiatives and have a direct impact on the company’s success. This role provides hands-on, high-impact responsibilities on a global scale, allowing you to drive significant outcomes and influence talent strategies across multiple regions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Relationship Building: Forge and sustain robust partnerships with business leaders to grasp their talent needs and drive impactful recruitment strategies.
  • Global Talent Acquisition: Spearhead and execute talent acquisition activities globally, ensuring compliance with local regulations and alignment with global standards.
  • Direct Sourcing Expertise: Apply innovative sourcing strategies to identify and attract top talent for critical roles, leveraging diverse platforms and networks.
  • Manage RPO Operations: Oversee and coordinate RPO functions, ensuring alignment with the company’s talent acquisition strategies and business objectives.
  • Employer Branding: Develop and communicate compelling employer branding messages that resonate with prospective candidates and reflect our company culture and values.
  • Metrics and Reporting: Monitor and analyse recruitment metrics, providing regular updates to stakeholders and recommending enhancements based on data-driven insights.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a smooth and positive experience for candidates throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to on-boarding.

Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with a strong focus on direct sourcing and employer branding across different time zones and regions.
  • Proven experience in managing RPO functions and collaborating with senior leadership.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively.
  • Demonstrated capacity to develop and implement innovative talent acquisition strategies.
  • Familiarity with global recruitment practices and tools.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement.
