Business Developer - FX Sales Consultant 

Het team
 Bij Ebury werken ongeveer 50 sales professionals verdeeld over 5 teams voor onze Nederlandse klanten. Ieder team wordt geleid door een Head of Desk. De vijf Head of Desks worden aangestuurd door de Head of Sales. Voor meerdere teams zijn we nu op zoek naar Business Developers Samen met jou kijken we in welk team je het beste past, zodat je het beste uit jezelf kan halen.

De functie en verantwoordelijkheden
 Als Business Developer ben je mede-verantwoordelijk voor het uitbreiden van het klantenbestand van Ebury. Je zoekt naar potentiële klanten via bijvoorbeeld LinkedIn, je eigen netwerk of lijsten van relevante beurzen. Je benadert ze en maakt een (telefonische) afspraak.

Tijdens het gesprek met een potentiële klant zorg je ervoor dat je goed luistert naar de uitdagingen van de klant. Dit om zo goed mogelijk advies te kunnen geven met als doel het bedrijf klant te maken bij Ebury. Je leert zo de business van je klanten kennen, identificeert belangrijke problemen en uitdagingen, en leert hoe de oplossingen en diensten van Ebury deze kunnen oplossen.

Hiernaast ben je regelmatig onderweg naar meetings met prospects, jij bent zelf namelijk verantwoordelijk voor het gehele proces: van het eerste contact tot onboarding van onze nieuwe klanten. Daarnaast ga je naar beurzen om nieuwe contacten te vinden. Eigen initiatief en creatieve manieren om nieuwe relaties te vinden of nieuwe markten aan te boren wordt zeer gewaardeerd.

Jouw profiel

Je hebt ervaring binnen een commerciële omgeving, bijvoorbeeld in een stage of bijbaan. Heb je meer ervaring en bijvoorbeeld al een jaar werkervaring, dan ben je natuurlijk ook van harte welkom. Je bent bereidt om de telefoon op te pakken en een afwijzing schrikt je niet af. Je bent geïnteresseerd in de financiële markten en internationale handel. Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en bent vertrouwd met zakelijk Engels. Je bent ambitieus en flexibel ingesteld: dit past in onze snelle en dynamische cultuur.
