Waar kom je ter werken als Project Lead Business Implementation?

Binnen CACEIS ben je als Project Lead een belangrijke schakel tussen de klant en je commerciële en operationele collegas. Business Implementation is een onderdeel van Commercie. Het team bestaat uit 11 ervaren collegas en samen ben je verantwoordelijk voor het onboarden van nieuwe klanten en het implementeren van changes voor bestaande klanten.

Wat ga je doen als Project Lead?

Leiden van (internationale) complexe projecten binnen het Business Implementation team; Aansturen van projecten met meerdere stromen, waarbij je zorgt voor een soepele coördinatie tussen verschillende teams en afdelingen; Actief stakeholdermanagement, met focus op het onboarden van complexe klanten en het uitvoeren van changemanagement activiteiten; Definiëren en goedkeuren van projectleveringen en voorbereiden van trainingen en documentatie; Deelnemen aan veranderingsinitiatieven en aanbevelen van procesverbeteringen.


Wat heb je nodig om als Project Lead bij CACEIS aan de slag te gaan?

Minimaal 5-7 jaar ervaring in projectmanagement, bij voorkeur binnen de financiële sector; Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en een flexibele instelling om effectief te kunnen schakelen met diverse divisies en internationale culturen; Een afgeronde WO-opleiding in een financieel-economische richting; Vloeiend in zowel Nederlands als Engels, gezien de interactie met Nederlandse en internationale klanten.
Vloeiend Nederlands spreken is een harde eis voor de rol; Beheersing van Frans is een pré, gezien onze Franse achtergrond als bank; Ervaring in asset management must, met bij voorkeur 5-10 jaar ervaring binnen de financiële sector; Proactieve houding, stressbestendigheid en overtuigingskracht om de gestelde doelen te bereiken en uitdagingen te overwinnen.
