Sales & Marketing Capability Expert

Job Description

Sales & Marketing Capability Expert:

Drive simplification and optimization of Market-to-Order [M2O] business capabilities - covering data, process, organization and people competence, technology - to improve quality, ensure compliant & reliable execution and deliver a better customer and employee experience, helping the Business to accelerate Business Performance.

Please note that internally the position is called "M2O Capability Expert".

Your role:

Identify business improvement opportunities related to Backbone capabilities with the marketing and sales teams of ULS (ultrasound) and create a comprehensive M2O Business capability roadmap and continuous improvement initiatives. Monitor impact delivered.

Co-create and incrementally develop business capabilities with M2O Centers of Excellence and IT teams.

Lead Process /Subject Matter Expert and owners in M2O at ULS to co-create, update and manage changes on process, data, tools and people competency.

Ensure accurate business capability performance reporting and adoption, including deployment in QMS and in MS where applicable..

Greater Impact: Drive M2O capabilities improvements with a tangible impact in commercial excellence, compliance, and value delivered.

Team and Stakeholders: You are part of the Value Stream and capability Team in the Ultrasound Business Process System and Excellence [BPSE] Team, working closely with the Ultrasound Business marketing and sales teams, the Regions and the Central Marketing and Commercial Centers of Excellence and IT Teams.

Professional and Personal Development: Opportunity to lead transformative and projects, grow influencing and stakeholder management skills, and define the leading capabilities for the future in the M2O space for the business Ultrasound.


You're the right fit if:

Experience: You have a proven track record in business capability development and implementation of minimum 5 years. Domain knowledge in M2O is essential.

Skills: You are strong in co-creation, organizational design, compliance control and change management. Strong conceptual skills to define new capabilities. Business Process Management/Management Systems/Quality Management Systems and modelling in ARIS is a plus.

Education: You have relevant qualifications in business, technology, or related fields. A master degree is preferred.

Leadership: You have the ability to manage and influence stakeholders, lead SME networks and guide and coach teams for effective business capability execution.
