Job Description

The clever brain behind the scenes Thanks to your excellent organisational skills, you will be responsible for accounting in your Motel One. Your duties will also include the following:

  • Preparing weekly, monthly and annual statements in accordance with controlling guidelines
  • Preparing weekly and monthly statistics and reports
  • Office management, incl. invoicing, petty cash, ordering office materials, reimbursing travel expenses
  • Taking and processing bookings and checking in guests at peak times
Qualifications

Whether you are a hotel professional or changing careers – you will fit in here Because personality and hosting skills are our priority. You will also:

  • Have completed a commercial or accounting apprenticeship and/or have professional experience in a comparable position
  • Have outstanding organisational skills and an excellent sense of quality and service
  • Be open and communicative and have a solid command of English
  • Be a team player and willing to provide assistance across departments – we achieve our results together
