March 2025: De Plesman will open its doors in Scheveningen, The Hague. This brand-new hotel and restaurant concept is located in an iconic building where dunes, forest, city, and beach come together. With 100 hotel rooms, a Lobby/bar, Restaurant Suus, and a deli, this destination is set to become a culinary and hospitality hotspot.

Independent Hospitality has been exclusively appointed to recruit the team of Restaurant Suus. We are currently looking for a Chef de Partie to join this exciting venture
BeschrijvingResponsibilities Chef de Partie - De Plesman Restaurant SuusWhat will you be doing?
- Preparing dishes for the restaurant and meetings & events;
- Performing preparatory tasks for all dishes;
- Contributing to the innovation of dishes and menus with proactive ideas;
- Assessing the quality and shelf life of ingredients and ensuring the quality of outgoing dishes;
- Receiving, inspecting, and storing ordered food supplies;
- Keeping the work area clean;
What do you bring to the table?
- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role in a high-quality restaurant;
- Passion for food, creativity, and attention to detail;
- Strong leadership and organizational skills;
- Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced environment;
- Team spirit and excellent communication skills.
