As SVP Hotel Operations International (m/f/d) your tasks include

Developing and implementing operational strategies to maximize profitability, enhance efficiency, and ensure service quality across all hotels in 9 European countries (Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Italy, Austria, Switzerland, Romania, Spain and The Netherlands) and the Office in Amsterdam Leading a highly qualified team of hotel managers ,operational professionals and the executive team of the office in Amsterdam, fostering a culture of excellence and high performance through targeted coaching and mentoring Taking full responsibility for the profit and loss accounts of the managed hotels, developing strategies to optimize financial performance Developing and implementing best practices for the operation of hotels with different brands and locations, leveraging synergies across the portfolio Collaborating closely with hotel managers to resolve complex operational challenges and establish sustainable best practices Identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency and profitability through the introduction of innovative solutions and technologies Monitoring operational performance through clear KPI measurements and targets, regularly reporting progress to senior management Building and maintaining strong relationships with owners, investors, and other key stakeholders, acting as the central point of contact for operational matters Ensuring that all hotels comply with regulatory requirements as well as the standards and guidelines of the HR Group and its franchise partners Close cooperation with all parties involved at the headquarters in Berlin

Your profile with which you inspire us

At least 3-5 years of experience in a leadership position with responsibility for a cluster or region in the hospitality industry Proven experience in managing multi-brand and multi-property operations Deep understanding and experience in financial responsibility and strategic budgeting Excellent ability to develop and implement strategies that support and drive company goals Outstanding leadership skills with the ability to motivate, develop, and lead teams to establish a performance-driven culture Strong analytical skills to make data-driven decisions and optimize processes Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with internal and external stakeholders Proven track record of implementing operational improvement initiatives and increasing profitability High resilience and willingness to travel within Europe Fluent in English language, written and spoken

Ideally already experience as SVP Hotel Operations International (m/f/d).
