Client Advisor & Sales Support (m/f/d)
Full-time (40 hours per week)

Become the embodiment of our brand, forging connections with potential customers, particularly those in the esteemed high jewelry segment. Nurture existing customer relationships, utilizing advanced CRM tools to foster lifelong loyalty among our esteemed clientele.Retail Experience:
Exceed sales targets and service expectations, delivering unparalleled performance. Master business performance metrics to drive success. Curate captivating visual merchandising displays to showcase our high jewelry pieces flawlessly.Operational Excellence:
Demonstrate proficiency in retail management systems, facilitating seamless transactions and database management. Uphold inventory accuracy through meticulous handling and storage in accordance with company standards.
Profil
Your success:
Commerce or sales background with a minimum of 4 years' experience in sales, focusing on high jewelry clientele. Jewelry and / or watches experience are a plus but not a must. Fluency in Dutch and English; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous. Exceptional organizational, administrative, and computer skills. Customer-oriented mindset, coupled with flexibility and ownership. Proactive attitude, effective communication, and keen business acumen. Strong networking abilities and collaborative spirit. Pleasant demeanor with exceptional interpersonal skills, especially in cultivating relationships with high jewelry clientele.
