You have at least 2 years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably with specialized education or training in logistics.
You have experience
Coordinating warehouse activities and resources.
Ensuring compliance with legal, company, and EHS regulations.
Supporting staff development and coaching.
Handling warehouse administration and reporting.
Managing and improving operational efficiency and service levels.
You have a high school degree or equivalent, with additional education in LEAN-tools being desirable.
You are fluent in English (min. level B1, Advanced English).
You possess strong leadership skills , are proactive, and have a hands-on mentality.
You are flexible in working hours , can adapt to fast-changing environments, and can prioritize tasks effectively.
What will you do at Stryker?
Ensure and assign sufficient resources for warehouse activities.
Coordinate training and compliance with legal, company, and EHS regulations.
Streamline warehouse operations to balance service and efficiency.
Handle warehouse administration, including documentation and time registration.
Be the Single Point of Contact for operational escalations.
Support supervisor with employee feedback, operational decision-making, and staff development.
Promote a clean, safe, and positive work environment.
Participate in operations-related projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
Develop and maintain warehouse SOPs in line with ISO13485.
Ensure effective space utilization and protection of facilities and equipment.
