Wholesale & Travel Retail Operations Intern

MAIN PURPOSE
The Wholesale & Travel Retail – Operations Intern will be part of the Wholesale & Travel Retail Department which operates from the head office in Amsterdam. The Wholesale & Travel Retail team is responsible to define the strategy and development of the global Wholesale & Travel Retail business, whilst providing excellent support to both internal as external stakeholders.
The Wholesale & Travel Retail – Operations Intern will provide assistance to the Operations team, to support with the daily operational tasks such Monitoring data of sales performances, coordination of weekly Wholesale & Travel Retail Newsletter, organization of training events, and support towards the towards the Wholesale & Travel Retail teams in the local markets.
YOUR ACCOUNTABILITIES
Coordinating the weekly Wholesale & Travel Retail Newsletter Support S&OE (Sales, Operations & Execution) process Support in monitoring of data of sales Support in organization of events / hand over moments local markets Other back-bone related supportYOUR INGREDIENTS
You are currently enrolled as a student (Higher Education / University) Work proactively, independently and have a hands-on mentality. Experience in a branded retail environment is preferred. Strong knowledge and application in Excel, Word, Power Point, and database management tools Cross-cultural skills and flexible approach Strong verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and accuracy Communicative and service minded.
