Ben jij sterk in het leveren van analyses en aanbevelingen om de financiële doelstellingen van het bedrijf te behalen? Kan jij op basis van een ad-hoc verzoek een rapportage opstellen en ben je in staat de uitkomsten hieruit op een heldere wijze te presenteren? Voor GKN Fokker in Papendrecht zijn wij op zoek naar een ervaren FP&A Analyst. 
GKN Aerospace is gespecialiseerd in het ontwerpen en produceren van onderdelen voor vliegtuigen en helikopters voor zowel de civiele als voor de militaire luchtvaart. Dit varieert van landingsgestellen, onderdelen voor motoren en vleugels, staartstukken, kerosinetanks en bekabelingssystemen. Door de jaren heen heeft GKN zich gevestigd als een vooraanstaande leverancier van deze systemen voor onder andere Airbus, Boeing en Lockheed Martin. 

Wat ga je doen?

Als FP&A Analyst ben je primair verantwoordelijk voor de planningscyclus (forecast, budget, strategisch plan), voer je integrale analyses uit van de volledige P&L, Balans en Cash Flow van GKN Fokker Papendrecht en ondersteun je bij de afsluiting- en rapportageactiviteiten. Je bent onderdeel van het Business Control team welke de productielocatie in Papendrecht overziet. Daarnaast denk je samen met het team mee over het verbeteren van bedrijfsprocessen en verder professionaliseren van de financiële afdeling.
Je verantwoordelijkheden en werkzaamheden bestaan onder meer uit:

Je helpt bij het behalen van de financiële doelstellingen van GKN door het leveren van analyses en aanbevelingen;  Je draagt bij aan de lange termijn en jaarlijkse planningsprocessen, om financiële modellering te bouwen en inzicht te geven in sales-, winst- en cashflowprognoses (samen met Business Control en Central Finance teams); Je maakt analyses van realisatie ten opzichte van het budget, forecast en cijfers van voorgaand jaar. Je fungeert als aanspreekpunt voor Central Finance bij vragen hierover; Je stelt diverse rapportages op om de analyse van de financiële resultaten te presenteren aan belanghebbende; Je levert ad-hoc rapportages op verzoek; Identificeer mogelijkheden om de nauwkeurigheid en efficiëntie van prognoses te verbeteren en projecten te stimuleren om veranderingen door te voeren;

Wat breng je mee?

Afgeronde HBO of WO opleiding in een financiële richting; Circa 2-3 jaar relevante werkervaring in FP&A of als Business Controller; Ervaring en kennis van managementinformatiesoftware, zoals Hyperion, Onestream, Qliksense en IBM planning analytics. Je bent in staat om gemakkelijk samen te werken met andere financiële functies om de belangrijkste drijfveren van resultaten en cashflow te verzamelen, uit te dagen en samen te vatten; Uitstekende analytische en financiële vaardigheden en ervaren in managementrapportages; Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal; 

Wat krijg je ervoor terug?

De salarisindicatie voor deze rol is in schaal L1/L2 van de Metaalelektro CAO; € 4.815 tot € 6.385,- bruto per maand afhankelijk van werkervaring; Een winstafhankelijke bonus (max. 6% van het jaarsalaris); 29 vakantiedagen en 13 ADV dagen; De mogelijkheid om thuis of op kantoor te werken (max. 40% thuiswerken);  Reiskosten- en thuiswerkvergoeding.  Van toepassing is de CAO Metaal elektro Deelname aan het PME pensioenfonds Vrijwillige ziektekostenverzekering Vrijwillige overige verzekeringen
