Functieomschrijving
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het beheervan het Management Systeem en het nieuw op te zetten ComplianceRegister
  • Je maakt deel uit van de afdelingSHEQ waar ook het laboratorium voor productkwaliteit onder valt enje rapporteert aan de Manager SHEQ.
  • Samen metde environmental engineer beoordeel je hoe wettelijkemilieuverplichtingen moeten worden nageleefd en monitor je devoortgang
  • Je voert interne audits uit en jeverzorgt de coördinatie van het auditprogramma
  • Je begeleid externe audits en inspecties
  • Jevoert (kwaliteits- en milieu)incidentonderzoeken uit en jeadviseert (gevraagd en ongevraagd) belanghebbenden op eigenvakgebied
  • Je levert bijdrage aan continueverbetering, door (terugkerende) problemen, behoeften en kansen tesignaleren, te analyseren en te bespreken en mee te denken oververbeteringen en oplossingen, onder meer in de vorm van interneaudits.

Functie-eisen
  • Je hebt minimaal een HBO-diploma, metaantoonbare affiniteit voor milieu- en/ofkwaliteitsmanagement
  • Je hebt enkele jarenwerkervaring in een soortgelijke functie in de (petro) chemischeindustrie
  • Je bezit kennis vanbedrijfsspecifieke processen en technieken en van milieu wet-enregelgeving
  • Je hebt ervaring metmanagementsystemen
  • Je beheerst de Nederlandseen Engelse taal, in woord en geschrift
  • Je benteen integere, betrokken en analytische persoonlijkheid met oog voorhet milieu en kwaliteit, met interesse in managementsystemen envaardigheden
  • Je bent goed in het bouwen enonderhouden van relaties en weet draagvlak en enthousiasme tecreëren voor naleving van normen en eisen die aan de fabriekenworden gesteld
  • Je weet op een natuurlijkemanier invloed uit te oefenen op anderen, door je op eenprofessionele en zelfverzekerde manier te presenteren en beschik jeover goede communicatievevaardigheden.
