We are seeking a talented Pastry Chef and Pastry Sous Chef to join our team at Eram Talent in Saudi Arabia. As a Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for creating and preparing a wide range of delicious pastries, desserts, and baked goods that meet the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute pastry menus that showcase creativity and innovation
  • Prepare a variety of desserts, including cakes, cookies, tarts, and pastries
  • Create unique and visually appealing pastry presentations
  • Ensure proper storage and handling of all pastry ingredients
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the pastry section
  • Manage inventory and order necessary supplies
  • Train and supervise pastry staff
  • Collaborate with other chefs and kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations
  • Stay updated on current trends and techniques in pastry making

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or in a similar role
  • Extensive knowledge of pastry techniques and ingredients
  • Creative and artistic skills in pastry decoration
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Strong attention to detail and high standards for quality
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Valid culinary certification or degree in pastry arts
  • Fluency in English is required
