The working hours in this positionare divided in three shifts:
- Morning Shift:10.00 to 15.00 hrs
- Day Shift: 12.00 to 17.00hrs

Employment agency Manpower is looking for multipleSales Operations Support Advisors for Lynk & Co inMaastricht.
In this supportadvisor role, you will manage various specialized andadministrative back-end tasks related to order management,including payment process escalations, claim management, GDPRcompliance, order support, delivery bookings, returns, car swaps,compensations, and claims. You will act as a liaison betweenmultiple internal and external stakeholders, while activelyengaging in problem-solving and contributing to process improvementinitiatives.
What’s in itfor you
- Gross salary between€15.59 and €18.79 per hour
- Reimbursementof travel costs of €0.23 per kilometer
- Pensionaccrual via Manpower
- Temporary employmentcontract (with the possibility of being offered a permanentcontract upon good performance)

- Part-time or Full-time job of 32 to 38 hours aweek
- Preferably a secondary-level education or higher
- Alternatively, several years of workexperience in similar customer-facing support roles
- Good knowledge of the English language (B1) +fluent in one of the support languages (C1)
- Familiar with customer engagementtools/systems and scheduling tools

- Availability of at least 28hours per week
