About the position
You are responsible for delivering the EAME polymer commercial strategy. This includes growing high-value sales in EAME and increasing Acrypet sales sourced from different Plants in different regions. Your aim is to achieve the annual sales budget and manage and develop the commercial team. Additionally, you will manage the commercial link for Acrypet placement in EMEA, developing and implementing strategies to maximize value and growth for the group.
Your Responsibilities
You manage, and motivate the commercial team to deliver growth strategies, ensuring sales targets are met and technical and language coverage aligns with strategic goals By driving the sales strategy, you build a tailored PMMA Partnership and high-volume Acrypet sales in the EMEA market With strategic and global customers and distributors on senior level you develop and maintain close partnerships to optimize long-term profitable growth You will steer the S&OP improvement process to align customer process with plant capability and raw material stock, and ensure an efficient customer order acceptance rate By collaborating with the R&D manager you prioritize new product development and its commercial introduction to the market. Identify and explore opportunities to expand the product portfolio, such as medical devices certification and 3D printing You are responsible for all commercial procedures for the Polymer business, including reports, business control commercial and sales reviews You develop the annual sales budget, including the commercial team cost budget, and manage commercial team costs against the budgetYour Experience
University degree You have the ability to work across various cultures, demonstrating flexibility and prioritization skills to deliver the strategy effectively. Understanding and enjoying different cultures and ensuring trade and product compliance are essential With your commercial project management skills and long experience with a track record in commercial roles are required to deliver the strategy. You will travel, including trips to Japan for our interface management, and should be flexible in communication across time zones It is essential to have proven experience in managing people and maximizing potential of the commercial team.
