Duties and Role:
Actively participate in developing and implementing strategies to increase the adoption of collaboration tools for NATO Enterprise Entities supporting a unified approach and to refine digital tools' interfaces and functionalities. Assist in the customization of collaboration features and functionalities to fit NATO Entity's specific requirements. Promote inclusivity in NATO Digital Workplace by addressing diverse needs and preferences. Facilitate cross-departmental forums to foster knowledge sharing and best practices as well as to encourage the creative use of collaboration features and functionalities and the development of new solutions to improve NATO Digital Workplace. Develop and execute targeted socialization campaigns to promote the benefits, features and functionalities of NATO Digital Toolbox. Utilize various channels and artefacts. Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs, address barriers to adoption and collect feedback for continuous improvements of NATO Digital Toolbox. Develop and refine success metrics to measure the effectiveness of the adoption strategies. Use the metrics to guide future initiatives and report on progress to senior management. Monitor and report on the usage and impact of collaboration features and functionalities, using data to inform adoption strategies and improve user experience. Stay informed about emerging collaboration technologies and best practices in digital workplace. Recommend innovative solutions that enhance collaboration and productivity within NATO. Act as change agent to promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within NATO Digital Workplace. Provide guidance to team members and stakeholders on the effective use of digital collaboration features and functionalities. Lead by example to inspire adoption and proficient use of technology.Requirements
Skill, Knowledge & Experience:
The candidate must have a currently active NATO SECRET security clearance Master's degree in Information Systems, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration or other related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role focusing on technology adoption, change management, or digital transformation. Strong understanding of collaboration features and functionalities and digital workplace technologies, M365, Webex, Polycom. Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tools and technologies. Ability to develop strategic plans for digital adoption that align with NATO's guidelines. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in English.
