Tad Inox Service B.V. is een specialist in de bewerking van roestvrij staal, met een focus op esthetische oppervlakteafwerking. Wij zijn gevestigd in Heerlen en bedienen diverse sectoren, van grootkeukens en witgoed tot de automotive industrie. Voor ons groeiend team zoeken wij een Customer Service Officer voor de Franse markt.

Your responsibilities
  • Aanspreekpunt voor Franse klanten
  • Invoeren, verwerken en opvolgen van orders tot en met levering
  • Afhandelen van klachten in samenwerking met de kwaliteitsafdeling
  • Rapporteren aan de teamleider en salesmanager
  • Incidenteel bezoeken van klanten en beurzen in Frankrijk
  • Opstellen van RFQ's (aanvragen voor offertes) en deze verwerken tot orders
Qualifications
  • Bachelor-denkniveau of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Eerste ervaring in sales of klantendienst
  • Uitstekende beheersing van de Franse taal (FR-NL of FR-ENG is vereist)
  • Goede PC-vaardigheden
  • Stressbestendig en oplossingsgericht
  • Proactieve houding met aandacht voor kwaliteit
  • Interesse om door te groeien binnen een gezond en innovatief bedrijf
  • Teamplayer die graag bijdraagt aan een positieve werksfeer
