Wat jij van ons krijgt

Wat ga je doen

Binnen deze leuke en uitgebreide rol ga jij periodiek de salarisverwerking doen voor alle nationale en internationale BN’ers. Om ervoor te zorgen dat iedere medewerker op tijd de juist salarisbetaling krijgt, verwerk je nauwkeurig salarismutaties en controleer je de juistheid van salarisberekeningen met behulp van analyses. Ook verzorg je de juiste uitvoering van bedrijfsregelingen zoals pensioen, declaraties, aangiften en periodieke rapportages voor verschillende afdelingen.

De complexiteit van onze payroll biedt een mooie uitdaging, namelijk; het toepassen van vier verschillende cao’s (Bouw en Infra, GGI, MTBI en Beton), voor meer dan 11 Ballast Nedam entiteiten en 3 Internationale Branches. Daarnaast zijn er natuurlijk ook bedrijfsspecifieke regelingen waar rekening mee moet worden gehouden, alles bij elkaar zorgt dit voor een uitdagende en complexe salarisadministratie waar jij mee aan de slag mag

Naast deze werkzaamheden willen we ons graag verbeteren. Jij gaat ons daarbij helpen, want jij weet wat er speelt. We kijken hier dan ook naar jouw ambities en interesses om zo het beste eruit te halen. Je komt te werken in een hecht team van vier enthousiaste collega's. Ook heb je nauw contact met het HR Shared Service Center en onze HR Adviseurs. Er heerst een informele sfeer waar aandacht is voor elkaar, zo wordt er bijvoorbeeld samen geluncht, wordt er geborreld na wederom een succesvolle salarisrun én worden er leuke teamuitjes georganiseerd.

Wat breng je mee

je hebt ervaring in een soortgelijke functie als Payroll Specialist, bij voorkeur binnen een grote en technische organisatie; je beschikt over Praktijk Diploma Loonadministratie (PDL) en/of Vakopleiding Payroll Services (VPS); je kan goed werken met AFAS Profit en Excel; je ben communicatief vaardig in zowel de Nederlandse als Engelse taal en neemt graag initiatief.
