Match for Talent is opzoek naar een gepassioneerde Storemanager voor een internationale retailer in luxury bags & accessoires voor de P.C. Hooftstraat in Amsterdam. Als Storemanager ben jij bekend met het werken in een wereld vol luxury. Met jouw charme en flair weet jij op een natuurlijke manier klanten aan je te binden en heb je een lokaal netwerk. Samen met jouw team van client advisors draag jij zorg voor een uitstekende organisatie van onder andere operations, image en people management. Hieronder vind je een overzicht van jouw belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Jij bent verantwoordelijk voor het zorgvuldig implementeren en monitoren van het commerciële winkelplan, toegewijd aan de groei van het klantenbestand;
  • Als gepassioneerde people manager ben jij betrokken bij de ontwikkeling en motivatie van jouw team;
  • Je waarborgt het imago van de winkel door een nauwgezette uitvoering van visual merchandise en een onberispelijke presentatie;
  • Met oog voor efficiëntie verzorg je het operationele management en zorg je ervoor dat alle interne procedures nauwgezet worden opgevolgd.

 

  • Minimaal 5+ jaar ervaring in luxury management en coaching;
  • Flexibiliteit, creatief en de mogelijkheid om onder druk te presteren;
  • Inspirerende leiderschaps- en organisatorische skills om een team te motiveren en te verenigen;
  • Analytisch sterk met het vermogen om cijfers te vertalen naar strategieën;
  • Een enthousiaste drive voor topservice en gegarandeerde klanttevredenheid;
  • Teamspeler met uitstekende interpersoonlijke en communicatieve vaardigheden;
  • Vloeiend in Nederlands en Engels.
