Job Description

Do you have a passion for breathing life into brands? As a Brand Specialist, you’ll be the catalyst in driving engagement and brand love through creative content within the Duty-Free and Travel Retail channels. You’ll be a brand ambassador for B&S and our top-tier A-brands, working internationally to amplify their presence in the market. Reach your full potential as Brand Specialist

As a Brand Specialist, your mission is simple: to activate and elevate our brands across key channels, with a special focus on Duty-Free. You’ll design strategic plans, manage projects with finesse, and craft compelling brand stories that resonate globally. With 3+ years of experience in trade marketing and brand activation, you’ll bring fresh ideas and ensure flawless execution of every project. Some of the A-brands we work with include Mars, Diageo, Pernod Ricard, Hershey’s, and many others

Among others, you will:

  • Develop and implement brand strategies for both our B&S brand and our A-brand partners, utilising a comprehensive trade marketing approach.
  • Create engaging content that is tailored to specific target audiences, leveraging storytelling, digital tools, in-store activations, PR, and any available channels to make our brands stand out in a competitive market.
  • Manage stakeholders—working closely with Sales, Marketing, and Purchase teams, along with external partners, to ensure alignment and successful execution of brand plans.
  • Track industry trends, keeping our brands ahead of the curve by applying innovative approaches and tools that appeal to both new and existing customers.
  • Oversee budget management, ensuring cost-effective, high-impact solutions across all brand activation efforts.

You:

  • Have a bachelor’s degree in marketing or communication-related fields.
  • Have minimum 3 years of experience in brand activation, trade marketing, and project management.
  • Have strong stakeholder management skills and experience working in fast-paced, global environments.
  • Have excellent organisational and time management skills with a strong command of the English language.
  • Have a proven ability to drive projects from concept to completion with minimal supervision.


Additional Information

  • A good salary in line with your experience, plus a yearly fixed Christmas bonus and a performance dependent bonus
