What will you do

You will drive relevant topics of the power system operation ., end-to-end support in large-scale implementation of SCADA/EMS/ADMS/Smart Metering projects. In 1-3 selected fields, you will develop yourself to an internally and externally known expert. 


Together with you, we work for numerous national and international customers on topics such as the development to high-performance and forecast based grid management, the implementation of congestion management, the transition to low-voltage grid management and the establishment of company-wide data management. We act as project managers, moderators, experts, change managers and forward thinkers for our customers. 


Furthermore, you will support our customers in analyzing and implementing business processes with the aim of adapting them to current and future challenges. In this work, you will always demonstrate the ability to lead and effectively shape the exchange with customers through targeted moderation. 


Your Tasks
• Understand current and upcoming regulation in the power system operation field and translate them into technical requirements 
• Analyze and document current grid operators’ system operation – . IT/OT systems and architecture, functionalities and work processes
• Develop ideas and concepts for updated or new IT/OT functionalities, architectures, and work processes
• Write requirement specification for the procurement process
• Support in implementation, testing, training, and acceptance processes

Requirements for the position

Experience in analytics & consulting Experience in power & electricity grid industry Understanding the IT-OT domain and operation of electricity grids, and the relevant communication systems from smart metering, digital substation and utility SCADA, Energy management, DERM distributed energy resource management & integration into the grid, EV charging, solar/wind/battery integration, operation & control and related cyber security aspects
