Asset Management Lead for Energy Transition

Our Asset Chain Process & Quality team plays a crucial role in achieving this goal. We are seeking a passionate leader to join our team as an Asset Management Lead in Arnhem.

About the Role

This is a challenging position that requires strategic thinking and excellent leadership skills. As an Asset Management Lead, you will be responsible for further maturing our Strategic Asset Management Plan (SAMP) and facilitating the Asset Committee (AC). You will also contribute to the development of a vision for the role of the Asset Manager in our End-to-End processes.

Your team will work closely with chain partners across the organization to ensure alignment and effective decision-making. You will report directly to the Head of Asset Information and be part of the management team.

  • Maturity of SAMP and AC facilitation
  • Strategic planning and asset management
  • Leveraging data governance for business benefit

You will lead a team of approximately 15 colleagues who share your passion for innovation and collaboration. Together, you will drive the successful running and improvement of our information landscape in line with Enterprise Architecture principles.

Your Profile

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A master's degree or equivalent experience in data/information management, business administration, or related field
  • Multiple years of experience in managing teams with diverse stakeholders and complex business cases
  • Experience in change and implementation management of new processes in agile and waterfall environments
  • Prior experience in managing virtual teams with varying professional expertise

You must be a bridge builder between people and concepts, with relevant experience in digitalization and asset management. Your leadership style should foster a collaborative environment where employees feel empowered to grow and develop.
