Leadership at the Helm : As the VP of Sales, reporting directly to our Chief Customer Officer, you will lead our ambitious sales initiatives across EMEA and North America, driving strategic sales leadership and managing our talented regional teams.


Deeper Dive:



Strategic Sales Leadership : Provide hands-on leadership and direction globally, including managing key regional VPs and sales managers.

Deal Lifecycle : You’ll navigate sales cycles of around 6-9 months, leading your team in closing high-value contracts.

Direct Sales & Revenue Accountability : You’ll engage personally in sealing significant deals with a focus on strategic accounts. With a target quota of approximately €500K ARR 

Team Oversight
You'll have direct management of 3 Sales Managers (Europe, North America and Middle East) as well as indirect reports

Organizational Development : Enhance structural and process efficiencies within the sales organization, championing best practices and innovation.



About You:

Experienced Leader : You bring extensive experience in senior sales roles within the SaaS B2B sector, with a proven track record of strategic sales leadership and direct deal closure.

Industry Expert : You will join us with an expertise in either Transportation Management Systems (TMS), Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) SaaS platforms. The minimum requirement would be an extensive experience in Logistics or Supply Chain.

Multilingual Communicator : A fluency in English and German is essential. If you also have a grasp of French, Spanish or Italian this will be a nice to have.

Global Mentor : You have demonstrated the ability to manage and mentor senior sales personnel and their teams across various geographical regions.

Process Pioneer ️: With a structured approach to work, you excel in creating playbooks, building efficient processes, and leveraging software to automate and empower your team towards success.

Consultative Selling into the C-Suite: You are proficient in structured sales methodologies such as MEDDICC, VALUE-Selling, SPIN, etc.

Communication Expert : You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to have a consultative approach where you can forge strong relationships across diverse cultural and organizational landscapes.
