“A day at the office” als Purchase AssistantIn deze afwisselende functie ben je in samenwerking me de afdelingen category management en quality bezig met het plaatsen van inkooporders bij leveranciers. Je controleert of documentatie compleet is en stemt aantallen en prijzen af met leverancier. Je zorgt dat gemaakte afspraken met leveranciers worden nageleefd en stemt levertijden en leverschema’s af met de afdeling Logistics. Je behoudt overzicht over de inkomende goederenstroom in relatie tot leverafspraken en communiceert dit met onze customer service. Het is van essentieel belang dat je overzicht houdt en gestructureerd kan werken. Al met al een veelzijdige en uitdagende functie met genoeg ruimte voor eigen inbreng.


Jouw verantwoordelijkheden
  • Verwerken en plannen van inkooporders;
  • Controleren op volledigheid van documentatie en planning;
  • Je zorgt voor het naleven van gemaakte afspraken met Category Management en leveranciers;
  • Je zorgt voor opvolging van levertijden en leverschema’s;
  • Communicatie over de inkomende goederenstroom naar de afdeling Logistics & Customer Service;
  • Coördineert de sample stroom ten behoeve van Sales en Quality.

  • Salarisindicatie: € 2400,- tot € 3300,- afhankelijk van werkervaring;
  • 26 vakantiedagen bij een fulltime dienstverband;

Jouw ervaring en eigenschappen
  • Een relevante MBO+ opleiding;
  • Nul tot vijf jaar werkervaring;
  • Beheersing van de Engelse taal in woord en geschrift;
  • Samenwerken en coördineren;
  • Plannen en organiseren
  • Voortgangscontrole en probleemanalyse
