Senior Quality Assurance Specialist – Amsterdam – Competitive + relocation support

As the go-to expert for suppliers and internal teams, the Quality Assurance Specialist will maintain standards, drive compliance and champion the company’s commitment to quality.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead global processes and provide direction to sourcing and innovation teams to drive compliance with agreed standards and product performance requirements Be the business’s quality ambassador, ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and regulatory requirements while contributing to the company’s quality strategy Maintain up-to-date product technical documentation, including functional tests and product information files Ensure ongoing product compliance through close collaboration with suppliers and internal stakeholders, review of customer feedback, and supplier evaluations Keep abreast of relevant developments, share expertise, and translate insights into smart proposals and improved processes within your product category Facilitate training to build quality and safety knowledge. Coordinate processes to address acute quality issues and non-conformities

Candidate Requirements:

Science or technology degree, or equivalent knowledge and experience Significant Quality Assurance/Technology experience involving cosmetic packaging Fluent spoken and written English Full, clean driver’s license Strong team playing and communication skills
