Voor een nieuw label dat ze hier onlangs zijn begonnen, een echt strategie-executie powerhouse, geef je vorm aan duurzame verandering en strategische groei. Zeker, maar wat moet ik hiervoor in huis hebben?

Jij hebt een afgeronde Bachelor- of Masteropleiding en minimaal 5 jaar ervaring als strategisch of tactisch veranderaar. Ook heb je eerder gewerkt als transformatie consulent, manager of in een andere relevante rol. Veranderingen en structuur brengen in een organisatie? Daar ben jij voor gemaakt. En dankzij jouw expertise in management, coaching en het geven van workshops, kun jij hier direct aanschuiven.

Ik heb het allemaal, maar ga ik erop vooruit?

Dat is uiteraard wel de bedoeling. Daarom kun je rekenen op een maandsalaris tussen de €5.000,- en €6.100,- en uitstekende benefits. Zo is er onder andere een aantrekkelijke maandelijkse bonus.
