Position OverviewIn deze uitdagende rol, binnen een positief klein enthousiast onderhoudsteam waarin een hele goede werksfeer heerst, ben je verantwoordelijk voor het uitvoeren van E/I onderhoudswerkzaamheden binnen geldende HSE , productie en financiele richtlijnen.
Job Responsibilities- Effectief oplossen van storingen, lokaliseren en verhelpen van (proces)technische storingen aan E&I systemen, meet en regeltechnische installaties, electrotechnische installaties en apparatuur.
- De onderhoudsbehoefte beheersen, uitvoeren en/of delegeren conform de geldende procedures en werkinstructie.
- Zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband werken om opdrachten te realiseren volgens de voorschriften in combinatie met verschillende vakdisciplines.
- Afstellen van regelkleppen volgens de voorschriften voor de functieplaatsen in onze fabrieken.
- Beoordelen van de aard en de omvang van storing en of direct repareren noodzakelijk en mogelijk is, anders vertalen naar een scope zodat het werk door de werkvoorbereider gepland kan worden.
- Overdragen van de uitgevoerde werkzaamheden aan productie en functioneel leidinggevende.
- Tijdens onderhoudstop een meewerkende maar zeker ook een aansturende rol naar contractor technici E&I
- Uitvoeren van commisioning tijdens onderhoudstops zodat een veilige en probleemloze opstart van de fabriek gegarandeerd is.
- Het signaleren van knelpunten tijdens zowel preventief als correctief onderhoud en hier actie op ondernemen.
- Je bent mede verantwoordelijk voor de juiste beheer van materialen en middelen om het technische werk uit te kunnen voeren.
- Een afgeronde MBO opleiding richting electrotechniek en of installatietechniek.
- Affiniteit met het programmeren en storing zoeken
- Ervaring in petrochemie
