The SeniorDesigner for Prints & Graphics is pivotal in creating andexecuting visual designs across the brand’s various lifestyles anddivisions. This role involves setting the visual editorialdirection for the entire company and its global product lines,ensuring that visual assets align with and enhance the brand’sidentity. In this role you will challenge and refine the brand’svisual DNA with each collection.

This roledemands a vision-first approach, translating the brand’s directioninto compelling visual mediums. Responsibilities include designinglogos, repeat prints, t-shirt graphics, and other imagery, with astrong understanding of their application to fashion products. Theideal candidate is a creative and visionary individual who is alsopragmatic, detail-oriented, and well-versed in current fashion andart trends. They should excel in team collaboration, communication,and project and people management, bringing extensive experience infashion and visual design.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the entire design process from initialinspiration to technical files, sample reviews, and bulkcorrections.
  • Design visual assets across abroad range of styles and briefs.
  • Rapidlygenerate initial design concepts in silhouette format based on newinputs.
  • Conduct visual research to supportmood boards and seasonal briefs.
  • Adapt andintegrate existing artwork, including recoloring andlaunching.
  • Create, amend, and distributeartwork worksheets.
  • Collaborate with ProductDevelopers and Product Designers to realize design visions,coordinate projects independently, adhere to the
  • Design Calendar, review supplier strike-offs, and manageother designers as needed.

Requirements:

  • Strong background in image-making, withdemonstrated mastery in areas like print design, graphic design, 3Ddesign, illustration, or fine arts, even without a formaldegree.
  • Several years of experience creatingcommercial graphics, preferably in fashion.
  • Distinctive creative vision that integrates well withcollaborative work and various styles.
  • Keeninterest in fashion and awareness of current visualtrends.
  • Proficiency in Illustrator andPhotoshop, with additional skills in 3D software being a majorplus.
  • Fluent in English, with excellentwritten and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, with ahands-on approach, and strong organizational and team collaborationskills.
