Job Description

In this junior position, you will be a vital part of the People & Culture team of felyx, Cooltra's new sister company from the Netherlands.

As a People and Culture Administrator your main responsibility will be the full cycle HR administration for your colleagues in the Netherlands & Belgium. You will manage our HR ticket inbox and support felyx colleagues and managers with questions. You will be responsible for onboarding and offboarding our new colleagues and making sure they have a great start at felyx. In addition, you will support our People and Culture Lead on a wide range of HR topics such as payroll, employee benefits, recruitment and performance management. This role is ideal for someone who gets motivated by structure, efficiency and likes to take initiative. In this role: 

  • You will report to the People & Culture Lead at felyx.
  • You can make a great impact on the employee engagement and motivation of the people working at felyx. 
  • You will be responsible for keeping our HR systems up to date.
  • You support felyx colleagues and managers with HR related questions.
  • You focus on topics such as payroll, onboarding, contracts, pension and labour law
  • You take ownership of the recruitment process for a selection of roles.
  • You can further improve our current HR processes and policies. 

Qualifications

We get truly excited if you... 

  • Have 0-2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Have HRIS experience (AFAS being a major plus).
  • Have excellent communication skills and are fluent in both Dutch & English (Mandatory requirement). 
  • Are available for 4 days a week
  • Are proactive, energetic and get motivated by taking initiative.
  • Have a very positive mindset and are able to execute on plans and ideas.
  • Are structured in your way of working and a strong attention to details.
  • Are experienced in working in a start-up or scale-up environment.
  • Excited to expand knowledge within the HR field. 

Bonus points if you... 

  • Have experience with the full employee lifecycle (Sourcing, Recruiting, On / Off – Boarding).
  • Have a degree in HRM, HR Administration or Organizational Psychology.
  • Have knowledge of the Dutch labor law.
