As OMRT’s People & Culture Manager, you are the go-to person for both management and colleagues, overseeing all aspects of People & Culture. From strategic business partnerships to talent development, and from culture projects to streamlining HR operations, you ensure OMRT remains a supportive and innovative workplace. **What you'll do**:
As our People & Culture Manager, you’ll drive and execute our HR agenda, ensuring that our people align with OMRT’s business goals and values. This is a dynamic role that includes both strategic initiatives and hands-on tasks. You will:
- Develop and implement HR and workplace strategies that support OMRT’s growth, objectives, and culture.
- Lead talent acquisition efforts, hiring top talent to grow our diverse and high-performing team while strengthening OMRT’s employer branding.
- Oversee onboarding, performance management, and talent development initiatives to help employees thrive and advance in their careers.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging work environment by leading employee relations and effective internal communication.
- Manage workplace operations, ensuring our office space is optimized for productivity and team collaboration.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, maintaining a safe and legally compliant workplace
**What you'll bring**:
You are an organized, proactive, and adaptable People & Culture Manager who can handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You have a strategic mindset, a hands-on approach, and the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels. You're passionate about people and culture, eager to promote diversity and inclusion, and comfortable wearing many hats. You bring:
- Proven experience in developing and executing HR strategies that align with business objectives.
- Expertise in talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and workplace optimization.
- Strong communication skills, able to build trust and influence within teams.
- High attention to detail, with a strong focus on data management, reporting, and compliance.
- Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a fast-changing, innovative environment.
**Key Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in small to mid-sized companies, ideally in industries where managing diverse teams is key.
- Familiarity with a culture that values innovation, continuous learning, and collaboration.
- Leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and lead teams while actively contributing to the leadership team.
- Proficiency in both English and Dutch (preferred).
- Enthusiastic and positive personality with a passion for nurturing an inclusive and engaging workplace culture.
