We are currently looking for a People and Culture Manager to assist us with everything people-related: from recruiting new team members and setting HR policies to personnel administration and organising company events at both headquarters and hotels.

**What does it mean to be our People and Culture Manager?**

As our new People and Culture Manager, you'll join our team at Headquarters in Amsterdam. Working closely with the Head of Finance & Administration, you'll handle all things HR for CityHub.

In essence, you will be responsible for the entire employee journey at CityHub. You will take the lead in improving our current HR policies, help setting up training academies, plan and monitor performance reviews and organise fun company outings, while promoting CityHub’s values by example. You are the person we are looking for if you naturally connect with almost everyone, spread a catching positive energy and are able to balance well between flexibility and setting boundaries.

**This is what you’ll do**:

- Assist in creating an integrated employee experience, monitor employee satisfaction levels and support well-being
- Formalise and implement our employee performance management policy
- Monitor personal goal-setting process
- Support our recruitment and onboarding processes by drafting vacancies and selecting applicants
- Manage personnel administration and payroll
- Improve current HR policies and create new ones
- Assist in implementing company values and culture across the employee journey
- Organise company events, regular drinks and other team-building activities
- Be a trusted confidant for all employees

**What do we expect from you?**
- You are a people’s person with strong interpersonal skills
- Available for circa 32 hours a week
- Bachelor's or master's degree, preferably in HR or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of work experience in the field of HR
- Professional proficiency in both Dutch and English
- Fun to work with :)

**What do we offer you?**
- A gross salary of €3750- €4250 on full-time basis, depending on experience
- Starting date is flexible, but preferably asap
