**Role Overview**:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced **Talent and Culture Manager **to join our dynamic team at INK Hotel Amsterdam, MGallery Collection. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading our Human Resources function, ensuring a positive, engaging, and high-performing work environment. You will play a crucial role in nurturing our unique culture, driving talent acquisition and retention, and fostering an inclusive workplace where creativity and passion thrive.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Lead and manage all aspects of the Talent and Culture (Human Resources) department, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, employee relations, and compliance.
- Develop and implement innovative strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent in line with the MGallery brand and INK Hotel’s unique identity.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that aligns with Accor's Heartist culture, promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- Partner with department heads to identify and address training and development needs, ensuring continuous learning and career growth for all team members.
- Oversee employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and wellness activities to enhance team satisfaction and productivity.
- Manage HR-related policies, procedures, and legal compliance, ensuring that all practices are in accordance with Dutch labor laws.
- Support and advise management on HR-related matters, providing coaching and guidance to enhance team effectiveness.
- Champion sustainability and corporate social responsibility efforts.
- Proven experience as a Talent and Culture Manager or in a similar HR leadership role, preferably within the hospitality or service industry.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, Dutch labor laws, and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the organization.
- A creative and strategic mindset with a passion for people and a commitment to fostering a positive workplace culture.
- Proactive and solution-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in both Dutch and English is essential; additional languages are an advantage.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- A genuine commitment to sustainability and corporate social responsibility.
