We are changing the fashion wholesale industry with the innovative products that our customers love. On the way we also built a very special place to work with a strong Fashion Cloud culture, 100+ colleagues from around 25 different countries and our values deeply rooted within the company.

We are a small but quite close People & Culture team taking care of our Cloudies. At the core of all our actions is the idea that behind every human there is a human being. **We are seeking a maternity leave replacement for a period of 12 months, starting July.
As our **Talent Acquisition Manager Tech** you have a good feel for who is the right fit for Fashion Cloud, always keeping the most important thing - our company culture and employees - in mind.

**What to expect**
- You will be part of the broader People & Culture team - we will closely collaborate and align on hiring topics, strategies and other People & Culture projects.
- Your partner in crime will be Vanessa, our Talent Acquisition Manager from our Hamburg office. She is making sure the seats over there are also occupied.
- We hire internationally - so you will support the new joiners with relocation, visa and 30% ruling paperwork.
- Work closely with engineering leadership and hiring teams to make sure we are attracting the right talent Together with your hiring managers, you will define a recruitment strategy and come up with creative ideas on how to attract and actively source talent for Fashion Cloud.
- Welcome new hires and ensure they have a positive onboarding experience that sets them up for success.
- Assist with offboarding departing employees and ensure all company property is returned.
- Be part of broader projects within People & Culture.

**What you bring to the table**
- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition professional, ideally within the tech industry.
- Strong understanding of the full recruitment life cycle.
- Ability to source and attract top talent through various channels
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- People person, caring for your team in the long run as well
- Ideally you have worked together closely with HR teams, having a holistic understanding of related people topics.
- A passion for building a positive and supportive company culture.
- A willingness to go the extra mile to support employees and manager
- Fluency in English, as we are a highly international team
