De functie
Als Senior Business Process Consultant ben jij de schakel tussen strategie en operatie. Je helpt klanten bij het verbeteren van hun bedrijfsprocessen. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het projectresultaat, de begeleiding van de projectmedewerkers en je bouwt aan een uitstekende relatie met de opdrachtgever. Tevens zorg je voor borging van het resultaat waarbij de acceptatie door de medewerkers van de klant belangrijk is. Daarnaast bouw je mee aan de groei van de organisatie.
Verantwoordelijkheden
Transparant maken van prestaties van operationele processen en organisaties. Ontwerpen van operationele processen, bijvoorbeeld door workshops. Optimaliseren van (klant)processen, inclusief implementatie en borging in de organisatie. Aansturen en begeleiden van consultants op projecten en in hun persoonlijke ontwikkeling. Rapportages ontwerpen, bouwen en implementeren. Managen van stakeholders in alle lagen van een organisatie.
Jouw profiel
VWO en een afgeronde universitaire technische, bedrijfskundige of econometrische opleiding Minstens 2 jaar relevante werkervaring in consultancy In staat om snel de processen en systemen van de klant te doorgronden Aantoonbare affiniteit in het uitbouwen van klantrelaties Ervaring en netwerk in een sector waarin onze klant actief is (energie, telecom, mobiliteit, industrie, verzekeringen) is een pré
