Wat ga je doen?
Als onze nieuwe QHSE Officer ben jij de drijvende kracht achter het implementeren en handhaven van onze hoge standaarden op het gebied van kwaliteit, gezondheid, veiligheid en milieu (QHSE). Jij bent degene die:
- Kwaliteit bewaakt: Je voert grondige kwaliteitscontroles uit en zorgt ervoor dat onze kazen voldoen aan de strengste normen en wetgevingen.
- Veiligheid waarborgt: Je ontwikkelt en implementeert veiligheidsprocedures om ervoor te zorgen dat onze medewerkers in een veilige werkomgeving opereren.
- Duurzaamheid promoot: Je werkt aan projecten die onze impact op het milieu verminderen, zoals afvalbeheer en energie-efficiëntie.
- Training geeft: Je traint ons team in de nieuwste QHSE-richtlijnen en stimuleert een cultuur van voortdurende verbetering.
- Documentatie beheert: Je houdt nauwkeurige records bij en zorgt voor een vlekkeloze administratie conform de regelgeving.
Wat wordt er van jou verwacht?
- Een HBO diploma in een relevante richting (bijvoorbeeld Voedingsmiddelentechnologie, Milieukunde, of vergelijkbaar).
- Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in een QHSE-rol, bij voorkeur in de voedingsmiddelenindustrie.
- Kennis van relevante wet- en regelgeving (HACCP, ISO 22000, etc.).
- Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden in zowel Nederlands als Engels.
- Een proactieve houding en een passie voor kwaliteit en veiligheid.
