Lead Consultant Technical Safety (machine safety)

Als lead consultant technical safety bij Bureau Veritas Riskcontrol – team Technical Safety – ligt jouw focus op machineveiligheid. Jij adviseert bedrijven en organisaties met betrekking tot machineveiligheid en CE-markering van machines, bij zowel fabrikanten als eindgebruikers. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de uitvoering van (Europese) consultancy-trajecten. Jij werkt complexe projecten uit en zorgt voor de realisatie hiervan binnen de gewenste tijd, budgetten en kwaliteit. Dit doe jij op locatie door te overleggen, inventariseren, te zorgen voor training etc., maar ook op kantoor of thuis. Dan ben je bezig met het maken van de offertes, het uitwerken van de rapportages en schrijven van rapporten en adviezen. Jij bepaalt voor een groot deel jouw agenda; jij bent immers onze techical expert.

Je bent communicatief sterk en kunt gemakkelijk schakelen tussen verschillende lagen in de organisatie. Je herkent vragen in de markt en bent in staat deze, samen met ons team om te zetten in projecten. Je bent analytisch, kunt adviezen onderbouwen en overbrengen (zowel schriftelijk als verbaal) en vindt het leveren van kwaliteit het allerbelangrijkste. Je bent proactief, klantvriendelijk en je bezit over een flexibele en zelfstandige werkhouding. Vanwege je ervaring kun je mensen meenemen in jouw ideeën over Technical Safety, innovaties en marktontwikkelingen.

Wat ga je doen

Je stelt risicobeoordelingen van machines op conform de EN-ISO 12100 vanuit productwetgeving (Machinerichtlijn, 2006/42/EG) of word je vanuit de eindgebruiker geconsulteerd voor advies en een conformiteitsbeoordeling van de door hun aan te kopen machine(lijnen) gedurende het ontwerp-/fabricage en inbedrijfstellingsproces. Je verifieert en valideert machines tijdens ontwerp, commissioning, op het gebied van machineveiligheid (zoals elektrische veiligheid, functionele veiligheid, toepassing van geharmoniseerde normen). Je begeleidt CE-conformiteitsbeoordelingsprocedures van nieuwe machines of producten vallende binnen de Europese Machinerichtlijn 2006/42/EG Je voert verdiepende machine RI&E’s uit vanuit Arbeidsomstandighedenwetgeving (Richtlijn Arbeidsmiddelen, 2009/104/EG, Arbobesluit H7) Je bepaalt de interne strategie, leidt mensen op, bent het aanspreekpunt op machineveiligheid (zowel in- als extern) en bent zichtbaar in de markt als technical expert.

Wat breng je mee

Afgeronde opleiding op Hbo/Wo-niveau in een technische richting (zoals elektrotechniek/werktuigbouwkunde/mechatronica of besturingstechniek) Minimaal 8 jaar werkervaring op het gebied van machineveiligheid Ervaring met ATEX en procesveiligheid is een pré Certified Machine Safety Expert, Machine Safety Specialist of gelijkwaardig, maar ook persoonscertificeringen op functionele veiligheid of CE-markering zijn een pré Je bent in bezit van een rijbewijs B, de werkzaamheden zullen voornamelijk in Nederland plaatsvinden, zo nu en dan in een ander (Europees) land.

Een salaris dat past bij je verantwoordelijkheden en ervaring Maximaal 8% van jouw bruto jaarsalaris als bonus gebaseerd op behaalde bedrijfsresultaten en persoonlijke doelstellingen Reiskostenvergoeding van €0,21 netto per km of leaseauto 24,5 vakantiedagen en 3 ATD dagen per jaar aangevuld met eventuele senioriteitsdagen . leeftijd (op basis van een 40-urige werkweek) Overige netto vergoedingen (internet/onkosten) 120 eur per maand Pensioenregeling gebaseerd op een beschikbare premieregeling Collective health insurance (optional) Na succesvol voltooiing van het eerste jaar en bij wederzijdse goedvinden zetten wij het contract graag om naar onbepaalde tijd
