De job van een IT support engineer
 Je bent gebeten door ICT en je wil alle geheimen van computerhardware & netwerkcomponenten kennen? Je staat garant voor een uitstekende operationele ICT-kennis en stelt de eindgebruiker op de eerste plaats? Dan ben jij het vers vlees dat wij zoeken

Samen met de collega's van Services & Support

  • ben je, vanuit onze hoofdzetel in Aalter, het IT-aanspreekpunt voor eindgebruikers voor al hun IT-vragen en -problemen omtrent de digitale werkplek;
  • behandel je eerstelijnsproblemen via ons ticketingsysteem, telefonisch of face-to-face;
  • installeer en onderhoud je allerhande hardware (van laptops en (smart)phones tot servers) en software (MS Office, eigen applicaties, …) en bied je hier ook ondersteuning op;
  • bied je ondersteuning bij de uitrol van IT-projecten;
  • handel je proactief bij potentiële problemen;
  • zorg je voor de continue digitale transformatie van ons bedrijf.

En dit voor zowel de medewerkers op de hoofdzetel als in onze 170 filialen verspreid over Vlaanderen.

Hierin herken je jezelf

  • Je hebt reeds een eerste ervaring binnen IT.
  • Je bent een enthousiaste, gedreven teamplayer waarvoor de eindgebruiker centraal staat.
  • Je hebt een oprechte interesse in IT en het oplossen van IT-problemen.
  • Je voert met veel plezier interventies ter plaatse uit.
  • Je bent stressbestendig, blijft kalm op piekmomenten en stelt de juiste prioriteiten.
  • Klantvriendelijkheid, oplossingsgerichtheid, communicatieve skills, detailgerichtheid en verantwoordelijkheidszin behoren tot je sterkste troeven.

 Je komt terecht op een 50-koppige IT-afdeling waar een boeiende en uitdagende functie op jou staat te wachten.
