Als Client Service Director ben je de motor achter het succes van onze klanten en het Client Service Management team. Je leidt, coacht en evalueert Project- en Accountmanagers, waarbij je verantwoordelijk bent voor zowel financiële als relationele aspecten van alle accounts. Je speelt een sleutelrol in de commerciële ontwikkeling van het team en onze opdrachtgevers.Soft Skills:

  •  Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden
  •  Feedback geven en ontvangen
  •  Effectief plannen & organiseren

Professionele Skills:

  •  Sterke commerciële vaardigheden
  •  Positief leiderschap en visie overbrengen.


Functie-eisen

- Spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en Engels.

- Bent 32-40 uur per week beschikbaar, minimaal 3 dagen fysiek op kantoor.

- Hebt ervaring met korte deadlines en social media.

- Bent innovatief en detailgericht.

- Hebt uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden.

- Hebt minimaal 4-5 jaar ervaring in een soortgelijke functie.
